Returns:
We have a 30-day return for store credit policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return to The Precious Poppy for store credit.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@preciouspoppy.com with your order number and reason for return. If the purchase is eligible for return, we will provide further details on how to return the item to us.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit.

Exchanges:
We have a 30-day exchange policy. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged Items:
